Blue palm

Since these few weeks, I noticed that my palm turn extraordinary blue when I took my cold shower at the night. I was kind of shock the first time I saw it, but I ignored it, since it turned back to normal after a while after bathing.

During these few days, my mum helped me massage my hands, and she saw my blue palm. Then, I just noticed that my palm was blue also even though I did not take my shower. Is it because of the cold weather?
